All weekend long we’ll be featuring a flight of Remnants, BluBear, and Coffee Russian lovingly paired with confections from our friends at SPITE.pizza.pastry.

Remnants is a 9.5% barrel aged blended sour. It has a bright, mellow acidity, flavors of ripened peaches, and strawberries.  This uniquely new beer was creatively concocted by our team by blending several of our beers that have been taking a long winter’s nap in our hand-picked oak barrels.  The result is a funky yet approachable American sour with notes of stone fruit and a warming boozy finish.
