Helles Bock

Brewed in collaboration with Liquid Riot of Portland, Maine. We brewed this pale German Helles Bock with a mountain of German malts, noble hops, and our house lager yeast. This beer was brewed when the guys were in town for beer week and allowed it to rest at lagering temperatures for two months, the result is remarkably drinkable. As is the case with most Bocks, this pale version retains a touch of sweetness, but packs a crunchy/hoppy kick with a slightly toasty finish.
