American Lager

We took a simple, everyday American lager recipe and spiced it up in a way you might expect from this combination of brewers. We brewed it with toasted rice and German pilsner malt. The beer was spiced with kaffir lime leaf, German Huell Melon hops, fermented with European lager yeast, & finished with lime juice. It is an easy drinking lager that has a moderate lime aroma, sharp but gritty flavor, and slightly tangy & crispy finish.
