A blend of Barleywine & Baby Bob was added to the Barolo cask to age with a portion of the Solera Nectar #001 batch. After eight months, the second installment of the Solera Nectar series has been deemed ready to drink. This second batch is big, malty, raisiny, & very smooth from having matured in the wine cask.
