Sake Style Lager

Brewed in collaboration with Tokyo based Y.Y.G. Brewed with a large portion of jasmine rice, a touch of red wheat, hopped and dry hopped with German Calista, and fermented with sake and lager yeasts at very low temperatures. Dry as a bone and remarkably drinkable, you will find subtle flavors of berry and pomegranate with a distinguishable aroma of bright sake.
