After our Russian Imperial Stout aged for months upon months in bourbon barrels, picking up big flavors of vanilla, oak, & bourbon, while keeping the espresso & roasty flavors from the stout, our brewers made a decadent decision; add cocoa nibs & cherry puree. The result is a luscious, velvety smooth barrel aged stout sipper perfect for these winter months.
