Brewed in collaboration with WMMR’s Preston and Steve. No Sad Brew is an easy-drinking rice lager made with Hallertau Mittelfruh hops in the boil – this varietal in the boil helps a lot with head retention which often eludes light beers. It’s then finished with Sultana (slight citrus and spicy flavors) and Cashmere (more citrusy notes and subtle herby flavors) hops.
