As the season changes from winter to spring, historically when farmhouse saison ales were brewed for Belgian workers, we decided to do our own Delco take. Instead of a saison, we used that same style of yeast strain for an IPA. The Hitman IPA is made with hallertau blanc, huell melon, & Idaho 7 hops that combined with the yeast/malt bill give this beer a lemon pith, grassy, guava, and white grape flavor.
