Barrel Aged Dry Hopped Session IPA

Starting it’s life as a sessionable IPA this beer was dry hopped in the fermenter and then aged in French oak wine barrels for nearly two years. The extensive aging allowed for the resident bacteria to fully develop creating a heavy chardonnay grape and oak backbone which is followed by a lively mouthfeel and dry finish.
