In separate tanks, the team brewed Baby Bob Stout & Coldcock English IPA, both with the same English yeast strain. Finishing at 6.3%, this old school style blend features big malty & earthy flavors and notes of caramel & coffee. We fermented both these beers with Ringwood yeast to bring those malt flavors to the front, while also using plentiful amounts of Fuggels, Cascade, and Chinook for an updated finish.
