Using the Winter 2017 batch of Best Wishes, our holiday Super Saison, Ruby fermented the beer in French Oak Chardonnay barrels and let it sit for one year. The result is remarkably clean and has a subtly spicy aroma from the oak and a mild chardonnay undertone.
