Ruby & Bob took Baby Bob, our American Stout, and aged it in American Oak barrels with Nebbiolo grape must for six months. This beer is complex with lots of notes jumping out. Think coffee, chocolate, berries, grape, tobacco, oak, wood, & some funk.
