Today we are tapping two new brews!

2SP and Weyerbacher did a collaboration beer with McCrossen’s Tavern. Wino Gold, 5.5% ABV, Saison brewed with Sauvignon Blanc grape must.

Foeder Brau #1, Nelson Rye IPA with Brett, 7.0% ABV, Rye IPA Saison. Taking the Nelson Rye recipe and our house Saison yeast, Ruby & Bob filled the Foeder. The brew still has the spice and hoppy flavors of the Rye IPA, but now with funky, peppery notes and a nice acidity.
