Cucumber Wit, 4.2%, Tart Witbier.
We added over 1,000 cucumbers to our Weiss Wit. Creating the most refreshing Summer beer we have brewed to date. The lemon and coriander notes of Weiss Wit are matched perfectly with the crisp and cool flavors of the cucumber.
Inner Peach, 4.9%, Wheat-based peach Farmhouse Ale
A small sticky mash that consisted of malted and unmalted wheat, rye, and oats, hopped with Japanese Sorachi Ace, and fermented at extremely warm temperatures with our house Saison yeast. The beer then underwent a second fermentation on over 500 pounds of peach puree. Overripe peach aromas mesh with a fluffy mouthfeel and subtle flavors of coconut and cracked black pepper.
