Collab with YYG

The night following our first collaboration with our friends from Tokyo, Y.Y.G.brewery and beer kitchen, we argued past each other on who would pay the tab Monk’s Cafe in Philly. After too much sake and beer, we were lost in translation, and settled on a game of rock paper scissors.

It was truly a great, one of a kind experience to work with these guys who are a world away from Delco. YYG is a fun, passionate group who are looking to change the beer culture in Japan, where craft beer makes up only 1% market share. The beer we brewed follows their model of using ingredients native to Japan. Look forward to a beer made with sake yeast and Jasmine rice, light hopped, and delicate. Available in June at our tasting room, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and… Tokyo.

Charity Night with AI Dupont Childrens Hospital

Next Thursday, May 3rd, we’ll be hosting a charity night for A.I. DuPont Hospital for Children| Nemours. 20% of the tasting room sales from the entire evening will be donated to their first NKF pediatric kidney walk. Come out and help this wonderful cause, it’s as easy as ordering a couple beers.

Taco Night with Chef Stigz

Chef Stigz is hosting our second taco night this Wed, April 25th, 5-9pm. This is an extra special night because it’s his birthday week. And he’s decided to celebrate by throwing down some tacos for us.

Taco line up:
Classic Soft Taco Supreme: ground beef, shredded cheddar/mont jack, lettuce, pico de gallo, & sour cream

Chorizo Street Taco: ground chorizo, queso fresco, cilantro, chipotle cream & scallions

Southern Smoked Pork Taco: house smoked pork butt, mustard BBQ drizzle, & coleslaw.

All served on flour tortillas.

Thursday, 4/26: 8am-11am // 11am-2pm

We’ll be serving up 3 different tacos.

And we’ll be serving Plunge Michelada’s (beer and bloody mary mix).
