#NewTapTuesday

We’re releasing FOUR beers today for #NewTapTuesday!

-Endless Summer, 6.3%, Saison, collab with Coppertail Brewing. Hoppy Saison created with a unique farmhouse ale strain & hopped with American El Dorado and Australian Vic Secret.

-Gravity Never Fails, 5.8%, Porter, collab with Brouwerij De Ranke brewed in Belgium for Philly Beer Week 2017. Fermented with a blend of two Belgian yeast strains and used an experimental hop called Warneton 7784.

-Boutique Belgique, 7.0%, Belgian IPA, our second collab with Brouwerij De Ranke. This time they did a Belgian IPA fermented with De Ranke’s unique yeast blend and hopped it with a generous helping of whole leaf cascade hops.

-Cali Coast, 9.0% DIPA, is back! Hoppy as hell, juicy with big citrusy & tropical notes. This West Coast DIPA has no burn. Brewed with galaxy hops.

Four New Brews

#NewTapTuesday is returning this July 18th in full force. We’re tapping FOUR beers!

Endless Summer
Saison / 6.3%
Collab with Coppertail brewing. Hoppy Saison fermented at extremely high temperatures using a unique farmhouse ale strain. Hopped excessively with American El Dorado and Australian Vic Secret.

Gravity Never Fails
Porter / 5.8%
This was the collab we did with Brouwerij De Ranke in Belgium for Philly Beer Week 2017. Gravity Never Fails is a Porter fermented with a blend of two Belgian yeast strains. The beer will be dry with big chocolate flavors and a light roast character. We used an experimental hop called Warneton 7784. This lended to a much more hop assertive Porter.

Belgian IPA / 7.0%
This is our second collab with Brouwerij De Ranke. When Nino came to the U.S. for Philly Beer Week, he stopped in at 2SP and got to work with Bob. This time they did a Belgian IPA fermented with De Ranke’s unique yeast blend and hopped it with a generous helping of whole leaf cascade hops.

Cali Coast
DIPA / 9.0%
It’s back! Hoppy as hell, juicy with big citrusy & tropical notes. This West Coast DIPA has no burn. Brewed with galaxy hops.

TWO Smoked Porters

NOW AVAILABLE!
We’ve released TWO barrel aged Smoked Porters. Ruby and Bob brewed the Porter with malt smoked over cherry wood charcoal, giving it an intense and lovely smokiness. From there, Ruby split the batch and barrel aged one in red wine barrels and the other went into rye whiskey barrels.

Vermelho Fumaça, 7.0%, Barrel Aged Smoked Porter. Aged for 9 months in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels.
The aging has subdued the smokiness and has allowed the grape characteristics to blend in nicely. The barrels lend for a great depth of wood and oak.
Available on draft & limited bottles.

Uísque Fumaça, 7.0%, Barrel Aged Smoked Porter. Aged in Rye Whiskey barrels for 9 months.
This one is more smokier on the nose, heavy on vanilla, caramel, & there’s a touch of whiskey.
Available on draft & bottle.

2 YR BDAY BASH

YOU’RE invited to our 2 YR Birthday Bash!

Party will be Saturday, July 29th, from 3pm-9pm.

Beer specials all party: draft & can.

We’ll be releasing our 2nd Anniversary Ale, 6.0%, IPA brewed with 200lbs of Cascade hops. At 3pm, this beer will become available on draft and in cans!

TWO food trucks: Abuelita’s Empanadas & The Plum Pit.

3pm: Party kick off with Chorduroy Band, cake cutting, and release of our Anniversary beer.

4pm: “Champagne Toast” We’ll be cracking bottles of our Champagne Wit.
Weiss Wit beer barrel aged in white wine barrels and re-fermented with Champagne yeast.

5pm: Tapping one keg of CRANNY WIT.
Our Weiss Wit with cranberry juice.

Come drink beer, eat delicious food, play corn hole & giant jenga, & be merry!

2SP & Yoga

This weekend is the second Sunday of the month. We’ll be hosting our monthly yoga July 9th at 1:30pm. $20 for the class and includes one house beer. All levels welcome.

All your begs & pleas have been heard! Weiss Wit, 4.2%, Tart Witbier, is returning to our draft list this Friday, July 7th. Tart, lemony, & very refreshing. The ultimate cool-down for these Summer months.
